Yes you can get scholarship there. Uttar Pradesh Samaj Kalyan Department award scholarship to every student of UP Domiciles. You have to fill a form released by UP Samaj Kalyan Department. You will get refund of your tuition fees of your course as scholarship.

There is no fee remission for General and OBC students in University of Lucknow.

But for SC/ST students there is remission in fee.

For B.Tech students.

Management seat is usually given on quota basis and marks aren't given much preference. 

Every college has a different system for management quota so be specific about which college you want to know.
