No, it would be difficult to get government college on such marks for EEE in UPSEE colleges.

However you can try in counselling rounds. You can try these provate colleges for the same -

1. BMAS College, Agra.

2. Indraprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad.

3. ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad.

Yes in this rank and category, you will easily get some Goverment College with your desired branch.
