72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
I) B.E. / B. Tech./ AMIE in Civil Engineering. II) ME / M.Tech in Structural Engineering/Structural Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering/Structural Engineering related specialization/ Civil Engineering/Excavation Engineering, Mining Engineering, Rock Mechanics. III) Minimum first class or 6.75 CPI / CGPA on a 10 point scale at Bachelor's or Master's level. IV) Qualified GATE score in Civil Engg. in the past.
