The AMMB offers a girls' hostel facility for its students. The hostel provides a safe and comfortable living environment for female students, allowing them to focus on their studies and personal growth. The Girls Hostel offers well-furnished rooms with modern amenities to ensure a pleasant stay for the students. The Girls Hostel premises are monitored round the clock by trained security personnel to ensure the well-being of the students. The College students are entitled to avail of the Hostel facility. Old students will get admission based on their previous behaviour and conduct by the Hostel Committee.

AMMB consists of a well-maintained computerised Library that caters to the needs of the students and the staff. AMMB library has been completely modernised through computerisation and is fully air-conditioned. AMMB library houses a vast collection of books, journals, and reference materials related to management and other relevant subjects.
