No you can't join without a poly cet exams .
If you're are pursuing engineering/ non engineering courses it's mandatory for you to take the exams.
Poly cet exam is itself a admission form.
And if you taking courses like pharmacy , catering services or hotel management you are not required to take the exams.
You can do it after 10+2 .
