    General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three and half year (including a 6-month internship) full-time diploma program offered by Karnataka State Nursing Council, Bengaluru.


    Eligibility Criteria

    A candidate seeking admission to this course:

    1. Should have passed 10+2 class or its equivalent preferably with science, Arts, Commerce, and English as compulsory subjects with an aggregate of 40% marks. Those who have cleared the 10+2 vocational ANM course (revised after 2001) from the School recognized by INC are also eligible.

    2. Should be medically fit.

    3. Should have completed 17 years of age. The upper age limit is 35 years.

    Attendance: 75% of attendance is required for each subject study and also in the clinical field in each subject separately during the academic year.
