Amazon Institute of Hotel Tourism and Management, Dehradun has its own active and dedicated training and placement department that plays an important role for hotel management students as it prepares them physically and mentally for the upcoming challenges they might have to face once they are in operation. The students are provided 100% placement assistance whether they go for industrial training during their course or they go for job placement after completion of their course. The institution has been in operation since 1999 and has successfully placed around 4400 young dynamic hotel professionals into major national/international hotel brands. The training and placement department works with the objectives of  arranging different skill development training; preparing final year students for operations by organising workshops; and to bridge the gap between job providers and students.The placement cell has adequate infrastructure to conduct its activities.
