72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Communication shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
Masters in Communication/ Mass Communication/ Visual Communication/ Journalism, or other relevant fields.
Applicants should show evidence of strong academic record. Excellent test scores on standardized graduate aptitude tests such as GATE or GRE, and publications in recognized conferences and journals are examples of such evidence.
