The total intake of the college for B.A. History is 100, for B.A. English Literature is 30, B.A. Tamil Literature is 40, and B.A. Tourism and Travel Management is 60.

B.Com Programs: The college offers B.Com, B.Com Computer Application, B.Com International Business. Admission to these programs is based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination. The B.Com has 60 intake capacity, B.Com Computer Application has 60 intake capacity, and B.Com International Business has 40 intake capacity.

B.Sc. Programs: Various B.Sc programs including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science, and Wildlife Biology are provided at GAC Ooty. Admission is based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination in the respective subjects; the intake for different programs varies from 24 to 40.

M.A. and M.Com Programs: M.A. in English Literature, History, Economics, and M.Com in International Business admission is based on the marks received in their respective bachelor's degrees. Most of these programs have an average intake of about 20-40.

M.Sc. Programs: The college provides M.Sc programs in many disciplines - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science, and Wildlife Biology. The admission for these programs will include the consideration of marks obtained in the relevant bachelor's degree as eligibility. The intake capacity for each program will range between 20-40.
