The Ankerite Library is one of the most extensive libraries in Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. It caters not only to the college’s academic requirements but also stocks leisure books and books of general awareness. It is fully computerized, houses about 10000 books, and can accommodate about 100 students. The library subscribes to 15 journals in different subjects, 10 Periodicals / Magazines of general taste, and 6 Newspapers. Internet facility is available for students and teachers in the Portal Room. A Reference Section with a very good collection is situated on the First Floor for consultation.

The college has modern, well-equipped, and efficiently managed laboratories for all the Ayurvedic, Pharmaceutical and Nursing courses offered – Machine Room, Central Instrument Room, Pharma Analysis lab, Pharma Chem Lab, Pharmaceutics Lab, General Pharmacy Lab, Pharmacognosy Lab, Pharmacology Lab, Aseptic Room, Quality Testing Lab, Pathology lab, rash Sastra lab, Anatomy lab, Stree & Prasuti Lab and so many labs.

The college's fully air-conditioned facility enables students to stay abreast of evolving trends in today’s world of information technology. Students are trained at this facility to hone their computer skills.
