Diploma in Pharmacy in ATAM Institute of Pharmacy is affiliated to Haryana State Board of Technical Education.
B.Pharmacy in ATAM Institute of Pharmacy is affiliated to Pt.B.D.Sharma, University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.

Both these courses have got a provisional affiliation in the institute which got extended for the academic year 2019-20. There are no details for 2020-21 academic session in the official website about the affiliation of courses of ATAM Institute of Pharmacy.
