The admissions into AIPS Vizianagaram are done on the basis of a centralised counselling process based on scores obtained in different entrance exams. In order to gain admission into the 6 year PharmD, a candidate has to appear for AP EAMCET and take part in the centralised counselling process. For admission into the 3 year PharmD (PB), a candidate must appear for the GPAT before registering for centralised counselling. If any seats are left vacant, then those seats will be filled using AP PGECET scores.

In order to gain admission into the postgraduate M.Pharm courses, candidates have to appear for GPAT/ AP PGECET and participate in the centralised counselling. First preference is given to GPAT candidates. Only if seats remain vacant will the counselling be conducted based on AP PGECET scores.
