The basic eligibility criteria required for getting admission in any college/university is that the candidate seeking admission should have passed 10+2 or other equivalent examination with a recognised board.
Since you have failed in mathematics, you are not eligible to get admission. You have to get passing certificate with required percentage to be eligible for admission. Moreover, there may be entrance examination as a selection criteria which you also need to pass.
