- Candidates are also eligible from State Open School, recognized by the State Government, and National Institute of Open School [NIOS] recognized by the Central Government, having Science subjects and English only.
- 17 years as on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
- 5% of the total marks is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.
- Any other reservation as per the state government under the reservation policy.
- Candidates shall be medically fit.
