Banaras Institute of Teacher`s Education was established in 2004. it is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidhyapeeth, Varanasi and recognised by NCTE.
Banaras Institute of Teacher`s Education has ll furnished separate laboratories for the students of psychology and Education in the Arts stream. For the students of Teachers' Education, the college has a well equipped Technology Lab and a Creativity Room. Besides, there is a lab for Media technology, rich library housing around 6000 books, college has adequate games facilities for football, volleyball, basketball, cricket, badminton, hockey, athletics, etc.
Banaras Institute of Teacher`s Education offers BA, B,com, BEd, BPEd Course.
Bachelor of Physical Education or B.P. Ed is an undergraduate course dealing with sports and physical fitness. B.P.Ed or Bachelor of Physical Education is an undergraduate degree program in the domain of sports and fitness. The course revolves around one's physical as well as mental well being and fitness. It openly discusses the effects of sports and physical activities in day to day life for improved physical and mental health.
