Baselios Thomas I Catholicose College of Engineering and Technology is located at Koothattukulam in Ernakulam District which was established in 2011. This affiliated college has many engineering programs where the main concern is to develop and deliver top technical education. BTC has the following five B.Tech program to achieve the interest of the engineering students. The college is well located in an environment that is conducive for learning, thus enhancing the performance of all the concerned institution goals.

Its amenities show that the Baselios Thomas I Catholicose College of Engineering and Technology  offers a full range of facilities for study and students’ development. It currently owns a collection of approximately 5000 books in the range of engineering technology and sciences, and many national and international journal subscriptions. The University has a central computing facility with over 400 student computers branded BTC for research and academic use. To ensure that the students get accommodation close to their classes, the campus provides separate hostels for boys and girls which include, AC and non-AC rooms sharing basis. Sports amenities are there for all students for building up their physical health along with their intellect. The admission procedures at Baselios Thomas I Catholicose College of Engineering and Technology base their analysis mainly to the scores of the Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination (KEAM). This is the most common state level entrance examination, through which aspiring students can get admission into the college for engineering courses. The college also accepts B.Arch scores for the relevant course.
