The University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council For Technical Education ( AICTE) recognise the Institute. BCE Durgapur is affiliated with the Maulana Abul Kalam University (MAKAUT)
BCE, Durgapur UG programme includes B. Tech computer science and engineering, B. Tech mechanical engineering, B. Tech Civil Engineering, B. Tech Information Technology and B. Tech artificial intelligence. B.Tech admission is provided to students who qualify for WBJEE or JEE Main exams. BCE, Durgapur hostel facilities are available for boys and girls with amenities like a gym, recreational facilities, wifi, fitness centre and medical facilities. BCE Durgapur sports facilities promote physical fitness among students and encourage them to participate in several sports events.

Our college, Bengal college of Engineering has a college infrastructure many dream of. Bengal college facilitates a huge campus ground many buildings and many playgrounds. The infrastructure of the buildings itself is great but need maintenance.
