The bakery is a laboratory where students experiment with various bakery formulas and they get hands-on skills in baking technology. This is the place where students prepare desserts, cakes, and pastries. This equipped lab allows them to invent new recipes. In this kitchen, we also offer different chocolate-making techniques.
