B.Tech Mechanical Engineering at Bhubaneswar College of Engineering, Khordha Offline Course

For Admission to first-year bachelor program in Engineering/Technology:

Passed 10+2 examination of CHSE, Odisha or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects from Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Geology / Statistics. The candidate should have passed individual subjects and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together.

For admission to second-year Engineering/Technology under Lateral Entry:

Passed in diploma examination in Engineering / Technology from the State Council of Technical Education and Training (SCTE&VT), Odisha or equivalent with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in the qualifying examination in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology for direct admission to the third-semester degree courses in Engineering / Technology.

For admission to second-year Engineering/Technology under Lateral Entry for B.Sc. / +3 Sc. students:

Passed in Bachelor’s Degree examination of three years duration in Science from any University of Odisha or equivalent from a recognized University as defined by UGC, at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) in aggregate in the qualifying examination and must have passed 12th standard with Mathematics as a subject.
