The BIT Mesra library has a good collection of text and reference books required for various courses. The reading room facility has been provided separately in an air-conditioned hall for journals, magazines, newspapers, and many more. BIT Mesra digital library is also provided in the same hall with high-end computers. 

BIT Mesra sports facilities are for all students. The BIT Jaipur has good facilities for sports and technical and cultural events. Three major events are organised every year for the development of these aspects. These are Vibrations (Cultural Event), TechVibes ( Technical Events), and Cavorts (Sports Event). 

The BIT Mesra has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. The BIT Mesra has a quality lab and software infrastructure. All required advanced lab equipment and software are available in the BIT Mesra to conduct offered courses along with the equipment required for the Mechanical Workshop. The BIT Mesra IT infrastructure has three Dell Power Edge servers and 430 computers for the lab, internet, and administrative requirements.

BIT Jaipur campus Canteen operates on an outsourced contract basis and offers hygienic food services meeting student satisfaction at a very competitive price. BIT Mesra canteen is supervised by the committee of BIT students and staff members. This full-fledged BIT Jaipur canteen currently caters to the needs of 5000+ residents. 

The BIT Mesra has a Gym facility for the students. BIT Mesra gym facilities a well-equipped gymnasium, where students can engage in various workouts and exercises to maintain their physical health and well-being. Additionally, the BIT Jaipur gym provides a supportive and motivating environment, with trained instructors available to offer guidance and assistance as needed. 

The BIT Mesra has a good networking for the alumni association. BIT Mesra Alumni chapters and regional groups provide platforms for alumni to engage with fellow graduates, share experiences, and contribute to BIT Mesra's ongoing success. Within the BIT Jaipur campus premises, there are two banks (SBI and UCO Bank) and three ATMs located in separate buildings.
