Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata.
Eligibility Criteria
H.S (10+2) Examination of the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application/ Technical Vocational Subject as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the three subjects as stated above in regular class mode.
At least 30% marks in English and a minimum of 45% marks in the above three subjects taken together.
Qualified Joint Entrance Examination conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board, JEE (Main) conducted by NTA and recommended by the WBJEE Board.
The Board of the said Qualifying Examination must be recognized by the Central Government or State Government concerned.
Admission Details
Candidates must pass Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent Examination from a recognized Council/ Board are required to qualify either in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WB-JEE) conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board or JEE (Main). Admissions are based on the recommendations made by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board.
Yes the college has provided ample facilities like smart boards, wifi across the campus, a huge sports ground, computer lab, etc. Students are provided with a huge sitting area in front of the college building where they can hang out with their friends.
Our College is having private hostels. The food provider in the girls hostel is good. The infrastructure is medium not so fancy. The classroom are non AC with a projector. Only computer lab have AC and projectors also.
