Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering involves the application of advanced machinery and electronic processes to develop cutting-edge telecommunication systems capable of processing data at astounding speeds. The electronics and telecommunication domain permeates virtually every aspect of human existence, influencing every facet of our lives.

The focus is primarily on communication technologies, fundamental electronic components, circuit design, and system architecture. The Electronics and Telecommunication department is well-equipped with research facilities and laboratories, providing a platform for studying practical aspects of electronics and communication engineering and theoretical concepts.

B.Tech. ETE ( LEET) is a specialized course in communications engineering taught through various methods. In addition to lecture-based instruction, the curriculum includes knowledge-based activities such as projects and laboratories focused on electronics and telecommunications. The three-year curriculum of the B.Tech. ETE ( LEET) consists of research-based projects where students develop solutions to real-world problems either in teams or independently.

Eligibility Criteria

All those candidates who have passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination from an AICTE approved Institution / Recognized University as defined by UGC with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology shall be eligible to apply.

All those candidates who have Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 standard with Mathematics as a subject shall be eligible to apply.

Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.

(The institute will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the programme).
