Usually any University doesn't allow the change of colleges without the completion of a particular course's tenure. You cannot change for studying in second year to a different college. Hello Admina.
College of engineering Thalassery is really a good choice.
It has a rating of 6.5/10.
Overall it's placement infrastructure faculty staff is really good .
Overall placement of the college is more than 70 percent with a highest package of 7lakh and an average package of 3-4lpa.
Overall I can say that it is not a bad choice..
