24 MonthsPost Basic Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be an Indian National.
- Candidate must have passed HSC (or equivalent) examination from Arts, Science or Commerce faculty. Candidate of Science faculty will be preferred.
- Candidate must have passed the GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) course from INC recognized institution.
- The candidate should be registered as R.N. & R.M. with the State Nurses Registration Council. A male nurse trained before the implementation of the new integrated course besides being registered as a nurse with the State Nurses Registration Council shall produce evidence of training approved by INC for a similar duration instead of midwifery in any one of the following areas
O.T. Techniques, Ophthalmic Nursing, Leprosy Nursing, T.B. Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Neurological and Neurosurgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Cancer Nursing, and Orthopaedic Nursing. - Candidates shall be admitted based on merit in the qualifying exam viz R.G.N.M.
