ApplyThere is a dedicated placement cell established at the CAI, Hyderabad. Over the course, the Culinary Academy of India has placed over 7,000 young Indians in leading cruise food production operations globally, and more than 2,000 chef graduates are currently working at India’s topmost hotels and restaurants. There is a staff of 18 full-time chef instructors who cover all the aspects of food production, food presentation, kitchen management and food hygiene. The students have been placed at both national and international levels
