Over the course, the Culinary Academy of India Hyderabad placement cell has placed over 7,000 young Indians in leading cruise food production operations globally, and more than 2,000 chef graduates are currently working at India’s topmost hotels and restaurants. At CIA Hyderabad there is a staff of 18 full-time chef instructors who cover all the aspects of food production, food presentation, kitchen management and food hygiene.

It is great that you have been more inclined towards your interest. You can choose any stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts) in Class 11th to pursue you career in culinary arts and hospitality.
