Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college provides accommodation facilities to medical students in various hostels of the college. The hostels have a picturesque location covering the beautiful upper lake and landscapes of Bhopal city. The hostel rooms are semi-furnished and equipped with necessary amenities like mess, water coolers, water purifiers, reading rooms and recreation rooms. 

The college provides separate accommodation facilities to girls students in various hostels of the college.  The hostel rooms are semi-furnished and equipped with necessary amenities like mess, water coolers, water purifiers, reading rooms and recreation rooms. 

Gandhi Medical College medical facilities are provided to the students. The facilities include a health centre with first-aid medical treatment which is available all the time for students.

Gandhi Medical College campus facilities have four lecture theatres with a sitting capacity of around two hundred each. The lecture theatres are well-equipped with modern teaching facilities.

Gandhi Medical College library facilities are spread over more than 9,600 sq metre area with a centralised A.C. facility and a sitting capacity of about a thousand persons. Books, journals and magazines are available for students and faculty. The library is housed with national and international journals. The library also has a computer lab. Photocopying facilities are also available in the library.

The college has a modern auditorium for seminars, workshops, combined classes and other events. The auditorium is situated on the ground floor of the college building and is equipped with audio-visual facilities.

The college also has guest house facilities for visiting student family members and visiting faculty. The newly renovated guest house is furnished with AC rooms.

Gandhi Medical College sports facilities have a sports complex for students and faculty members. The sports complex also has indoor games facilities.
