Hello Sir , sorry to say but there are least chances of you getting a seat in this college with this rank .As gayatri vidya parishad is a B category college and you can only get category C colleges which include 

1 MIT College , Chittor 

2 PVPSIT , Vijaywada 

3 PCET , Vishakhapatnam

4 RGMCET ,Kurnool.

5 SRK Institute of technology , Vijaywada

You can apply in these colleges:

No. there is no such fee reimbursement. You would get admission into the college with the fee structure that they have. You can apply for scholarship if you belong to lower income group.
