GGDSD Chandigarh Placements
The college has a placement cell that is responsible for the placement of the students. GGDSD College Chandigarh placement cell organises placement drive at the campus and invites numerous companies like Dell, Cipla, Google to hire students. Every year around 70 companies participate in the Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College placement drive. The placement cell of the college arranges industrial visits for the students. The industrial visit helps students to get an insight into the functioning of the corporate world. Furthermore, it organises lectures by professional experts which help students in cracking the final job interview. To provide experience, the students of GGDSD College Chandigarh are offered part-time jobs also.
As per GGDSD College Chandigarh placement 2019-20, as many as 59 undergraduate students got placed and 278 students elected to pursue higher education. At the postgraduate level, over 5 five students were placed and 112 students chose to study more.

Good college with good placements.
Verified ReviewPlacementsThe placements here are good. The college is known well for conducting placement drives. Companies like Wipro, Infosys and other foreign companies visit the campus to conduct placement drives. The manifesto of students election aso consists of good placement opportunities.

The placements for the BA stream is very poor as no placement is provided in this stream.They provide placement only to the Bcom stream which is not fair so the placement system is very poor for BA stream..

Ggdsd is a private college. It has been accredited by NAAC. It was established in the year 1945. The total student strength is around 550 and the faculty strength is 19.
As far as the academics is concerned some teachers often come late and some of the teachers don't teach properly but there are also sincere teachers who teach properly and finish the syllabus properly.
The fees is low of this college and this college has good return on investment. Only 25k is charged per year as tuition fee.

Hello Naveen,
Goswami Ganesh Dutta S.D College, Chandigarh is a good college to pursue BCA. The placement record of the college is good.
The infrastructure of the college is great with all facilities like Computer Labs for BCA students, good learning environment and wifi facility is also there. New buildings are under construction and the needs and wants of the students are kept in mind.
The placement of college is good with good multinational companies coming like Accenture, Google, IBM, Reliance, Bajaj Automobiles, Dell etc. The placement wing is growing everyday.
