i regret to say you that you have no chance to get a medical government college with the marks you have. it seems you need above 600 marks to stand a chance atleast.
but you have good chances for private colleges. so try to apply for private counselling

Firstly you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you as general category being general category it's very difficult to get into any of government college for medical in any state... You have no chances for government medical colleges as your marks are insufficient
