I got 362 marks in NEET exam 2020.My category is OBC .Can I get admission for BAMS from government quota in Tilak Aurvedic college,Pune.

As you have not mentioned your category assuming you as general category

Analysing last year neet cutoff.. Being general category and according to your neet 2020 marks you have quite low chances of getting seat in government bams college

You have not mentioned anything about your category and all. So I am assuming that you belong to UR category.
Candidate must score atleast 116 marks to get BAMS college under All India Quota.
Last allotment for All India Quota goes 350+ for first round but this year rank vs marks ratio is too high so it may go beyond 400-420 for government BAMS college
Be hopeful, register yourself for counselling, you do have chance to get a government seat for BAMS
