Dear aspirant,

As you mentioned that you secured 274 marks in neet 2021 and considering that you belong to obc category let me tell you that it would be difficult for you to get a seat in mbbs because the cut offs are far higher . You should try for bds stream.

Hello,

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.

To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

• NEET question paper difficulty level

• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result

• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021

NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-

• General /EWS- 50th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile

• General-PwD - 45th percentile

• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

Marks wise cut off is as following-

• General - 720-138

• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108

• Gen PwD - 137-122

• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108

Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.

See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.

With state rank you have mentioned It would be very difficult for you to get Government Medical Colleges in Maharashtra

According to previous year data for State counseling for Maharashtra the last candidate to get a dental seat in Medical college In Maharashtra from ST Category was in Government Medical College, Nandurbar with rank 2,67,396 with 336 marks.

Though you have a very good chance of getting seats in private colleges.

Thank you.

Hello aspirant!
Hope you are doing well

It is very difficult to predict whether you will get any government medical college or not at these marks.
As cutoff for medical colleges changes every year due to many reasons like Difficulty, no. Of seats, no of candidates.

However according to last year's cutoff, for getting into Mbbs in any government college one needs atleast 580+ marks in state quota in Maharashtra.

So you should try till last round, as you may get seat in last round if cutoff goes down this year.

There is bond in Mbbs colleges in India
There is different bond in different colleges and states.
Except in Delhi and Chandigarh many states have bond.
Actually there are two types of bonds:-

Service bond
Seat leaving bond

In service bond you have to do work in the hospital of that particular state.

And in seat leaving bond, if you leave the seat in between the course then you have to pay money
