Hi aspirant,
Diploma holders who want to get admission in B.tech courses will get admission to the second year of any B.Tech course through B.Tech lateral entry program. It is important to note that no national entrance test is conducted in the country for B.Tech lateral entry in government colleges, private colleges, universities, etc. The B.Tech lateral entry admission to various colleges is done on the basis of various state level lateral entry exams like AP ECET , TS ECET , UPSEE lateral entry, JELET , etc provided that candidates must have passed a Diploma in the relevant field with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category). Following below I will provide you the link to get the list of all government colleges providing lateral entry:
Hope it helps!!

Dear aspirant
As your profile suggest you are from maharastra so my answer is based on your domicile state.
Maharashtra state counseling NEET 2020 cut off marks for EWS category in govt/aided (semi-govt) mbbs college was Air 37208 and 568 marks in GGMC, Gondia.
whereas AIQ counseling cut off marks for EWS category for govt medical college was Air 15004 and 611 marks.
So if you are looking for admission in govt/aided medical college in maharastra counseling then your expected marks should be around 560-565+ marks in neet2021. Also this is just prediction and cut off marks may go up and down depending on other factors.
You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing chances of getting MBBS BDS ayush colleges at your expected marks.

The fee structure for any course is totally depends on any particular institues like many government colleges of NEET (state-wise) has more fees then engineering state colleges. And similarly, some government engineering colleges has more fees than govenment colleges. Like in NEET, the government colleges in Uttarakhand, Tamil Nadu has fees 4,26,500 and 4,00,000 respectively which is greater then any of the IIT whose fees ranges around 2.5 lakh. So we just can't comment which course cost the most. Hope this will help you.
