Hbtu is far better due to-

Hbtu, kanpur is a state government college. Fee structure of of hbtu is not high if we compare it with best government technical institute of india i.e. iits and nits. There are two type of government colleges one is state other is central . central government college have low fee structure. If you see fee structure of traditional courses in government colleges you will feel hbtu is charging high but this is not reality as technical education need better labs, workshops, seminars, centre of excellence , guest lecture,industrial tour which you will not need in traditional courses like B.A ,B.SC,B.COM . There are many hackathons, competition, clubs in technical college because of these all activities fee is high for technical education.In iits, nits, being government institutes their fees ranges from 1.23lakh to 1.7lakh per annum.

However you can get MBBS seat in private medical colleges in MP as well as in other states. Some low fees private medical colleges are:

For government colleges of BAMS in Maharashtra you have to score atleast 480+ marks in NEET UG exam. However you can get admission in private Ayurveda colleges.
