Infrastructure is very poor. Small congested lecture halls in campus. Union is trying to bring changes to the campus by renovation. Hostel facilities bad. Those who never stayed away from home will find it difficult to stay here
Experienced professors. We get lot of information through clinical postings by getting a real chance to talk to patients directly and get to see a lot of cases. Theory classes are only there for 2 hours and most are boring. Most of students do well even without listening to those theory classes
College has a great name outside. North kerala people mostly come here for treatment. So we'll gain lots of experience during house surgency. We can put theoretical things to practical. But things will get difficult here during house surgency
Mbbs is very hard, so obviously campus life is bit hard
College infrastructure is a bit poor because of old building. Hostel facilities are poor and there are 6 people in a single small room. But other than that everything is adjustable. Newer wifi facilities and newer buildings are being made
The classes aren't that good as professors just read our ppts, except for some really awesome professors. We learn things on our own and since we have exams every now and then we learn things upto date
The college has a great name outside and the patient load is too high so we can get job opportunities even after mbbs as we are getting lots of experience here. And after pg too, we'll have greater chances of getting job in private hospitals.
Everything is good about the college except the infrastructure. The hospital as well as the hostels are really old and itll be hard to adjust at the beginning. But newer blocks and buildings are being built so hope it'll be nice in future
The professors and doctors are highly qualified and we can learn a lot from them. However the teaching is very minimal and most of the learning is through observation and self learning+ experience. But anyways this way of learning helps us know more about the topic ourselves at our own pace, so i find this beneficial
Being a part of college offers high scopes in getting a job in future as it is one of the medical college with the most patient load in Kerala. So we get a lot of exposure during our house surgency or pg which will be very beneficial for our future
The yearly fee is just 32 k. And hostel fees also around 12 k in first yr, 8k in second year and less in following years College fees are definitely worth it as people spend crores for mbbs But hostel fees might be high as infrastructure is not that good
Since each batch is of 250 students, there'll be an initial trouble for the silent kids like me, but itll make us get out of our comfort zone and enjoy college life as years pass. However its mbbs anyways, and exams are always around so life is hard here, and ig mbbs will be hard anywhere

Hi,
In my opinion, taking a physiotherapy course you can get a job easily since you can start your own physiotherapist clinic and you can start earning. However you can get a better salary if you take a cardiovascular technology course if you do that course in a resourced institute.
I hope it helps.
