The College Main idea of establishing N.S.S first came in the minds of late Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and the father of the nation Mr. Mahatma Gandhi with the ideology that college students should have the knowledge and experience about constructive social services towards the people who resides in a rural area of our country, even after Independence of the country, majority of people live in villages not in cities so they must be brought in the mainstream of the society. With the following aims and objectives, Dr. V.K.V Rao Central Minister for Education, established N.S.S. on 24th September. 1969
