Herbal Cross Institute of Pharmacy admission is conducted through two modes, which include management quota and government counselling. Students can secure admission to the Herbal Cross Institute of Pharmacy either directly via the management or by participating in the government counselling process. 

The applications for the Herbal Cross Institute of Pharmacy admission are shortlisted based on 10+2 examination results. The seat intake at Herbal Cross Institute of Pharmacy is 60 for the D.Pharma course. Students who have completed their 12th Board examinations can take the government counselling session, the convenor of which is the SBC Medical College Cuttack.
