For Degree Engineering:
The Candidate should pass the 12th Standard Examination passed in the pattern of the 10+2 system in the Science stream. Moreover, students are required to appear in GUJCET Exam conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board. Students, who have not appeared for GUJCET Exam can also apply for admission on the Vacant Seat.

For Second Year Degree Engineering (D TO D):
As per Government Notification for Diploma to Degree Engineering admissions, the eligibility for admission is specified as per the norms and guidelines of AICTE. the AICTE guidelines specified 45% for open category and 40% for reserved category candidates in the qualifying examination (Diploma Engineering) to be eligible for admission.
