IEM College of Pharmacy, Barabanki, begins its journey in pharmaceutical education. Application Process

1. Announcement of Admissions: The college announces commencement of the admission process through its official website and advertisements within its local proximity.

2. Application Form: The interested applicants are then expected to fill the application form. This may be obtained through the college's official website or through the admissions office of the college.

3. Document Submission: Along with the completed application form, those candidates need to submit necessary documents. Generally, these documents include:

• 10th and 12th standard mark sheets
• Date of Birth proof
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Passport-size photographs

4. Application Fee: The candidates may have to pay an application fee, amount and mode of payment would be specific for the college.

D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy): Currently, IEM College of Pharmacy offers only one full-time diploma course - the Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma). This is a two-year program from which students receive adequate knowledge and skills on the practical side in the field of pharmaceuticals. The total intake of students in the college for this program is 60 so that the student-faculty ratio remains quite conducive for quality education.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Completion of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
2. 45% marks are mandatory in aggregate over all subjects of PCM/PCB.

The D.Pharma program at IEM College of Pharmacy aims to provide and develop knowledge and skill set needed for excellence in different fronts of the healthcare sector with particular emphasis on pharmaceuticals. Subjects in the curriculum will possibly range from pharmaceutical chemistry to pharmacognosy, pharmacology, and pharmaceutical analysis to name a few.
