72 MonthsPh.D. program in Agribusiness Management shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned. This Ph.D. program is offered by Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner.
Eligibility Criteria
A Post Graduate degree in Agri-Business Management or a Master's Degree in Business Administration from an ICAR/UGC recognized university with at least 6.5/ 10.0 OGPA (or its equivalent percentage of marks 65) or an equivalent program is eligible for admission (6.0 OGPA or 60 percent marks for SC/ST candidates). Candidates with a postgraduate qualification in agriculture and its allied sciences with a work experience of a minimum period of five years in an agribusiness unit/industry are also eligible for admission to Ph.D. in Agri-Business Management.
Admission Details
Admission to the program will be done as per the eligibility criteria set up by the institute. Candidate has to appear for Ph.D. Admission Test, which is proposed to be held in May at IABM, SKRAU, Bikaner. Admission will be on the basis of a written test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. The performance of the candidate would be judged by a committee duly approved by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor. Candidates must maintain a valid e-mail account and a valid contact number (Land / Mobile) throughout the selection process.
