Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by the Haryana State Board of Technical Education, Panchkula, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).


Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have passed 10th Std. /SSC examination from any recognized Board of Education.

Diploma in Engineering-Polytechnic (Lateral Entry, Direct Admission to 2nd year):

  • Passed 10+2 examination with PCM as a compulsory subject for admission to ME and CE. Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects for admission to EE. OR
  • 10th + (2 years ITI) shall be eligible for admission to Second Year Diploma Course(s) in any branch of Engineering and Technology.
