Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) is a five-year full-time Integrated programme in Law offered by Shivaji University, Kolhapur, with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).


Eligibility Criteria

As per the Bar Council of India, Legal Education Rules-2008, applicants who have obtained 10th+2 higher secondary pass certificate or first-degree certificate after pursuing studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission in the integrated Five-Year Law Course or Three-Year LL.B. Course, as the case may be. However, the applicants who have obtained 10th + 2 or graduation/post-graduation through the open University system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in law courses.
