Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) is a three-year full-time programme in Law offered by Shivaji University, Kolhapur with the approval of Bar Council of India (BCI).
Admission is based on the Valid MH CET for LLB 3 Years course.
- Primary Eligibility: Graduation in any faculty with minimum 45% aggregate Marks (with relaxation of 5% for SC/ST students)
- Secondary Eligibility: Valid CET Score.
As per Bar Council of India, Legal Education Rules-2008, applicants who have obtained 10th + 2 higher secondary pass certificate or first degree certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission in the integrated Five Year Law Course or Three Year LL.B. Course, as the case may be. However, the applicants who have obtained 10th + 2 or graduation / post graduation through open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in law courses.
