Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission to the First Year of the 3-Year LL.B. course, a candidate must fulfill the following requirements as per the Bar Council of India and Government of Maharashtra norms:

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed the Graduation Degree Examination (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized University in any discipline.
Minimum Marks Required:
- Open / General Category: Minimum 45% aggregate marks in Graduation.
- OBC / VJNT (Maharashtra Domicile): Minimum 42% aggregate marks.
- SC / ST (Maharashtra Domicile): Minimum 40% aggregate marks.
Entrance Exam: The candidate MUST have appeared for the MAH-LL.B. 3 Yrs CET conducted by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra, and secured a non-zero score.

Admission Details

Admission to this course is strictly conducted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) regulated by the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Pune.

Register for CET: Apply and appear for the MHCET Law (3-Year) online entrance exam.
CAP Round Registration: Once results are declared, register online for the CAP Rounds.
Option Form: Select “Jai Bhagwan College of Law” as your preferred college code in the option form.
Seat Allotment: Check the merit list. If allotted a seat, freeze the seat and pay the acceptance fee.
Document Verification: Visit the college physically with original documents to confirm admission.
