66 MonthsBachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery (BAMS) graduate degree awarded after the study of five and a half years duration, including 1-year internship, the course offered by Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Ayush University, Gorakhpur, and approved by National Commission For Indian System Of Medicine (NCISM).
Eligibility Criteria
The basic requirement for eligibility to get admission to the BAMS program is qualifying for the 12th Standard with the science stream or any other equivalent examination recognized by the concerned state government and education boards, provided the candidates pass the test with 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology.
Admission Details
The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) will apply to admission for BAMS courses from the academic year. The guidelines of the government in this regard will be followed.
