Batch of 2015 | BDS
JSS Dental College & Hospital, located in Mysore is a very well known and respected hospital for its top notch facilities which are provided at a cheap rate and also as a college for its well rounded and focused education system. The faculty is of very good standard, we had some really experienced and well-versed professors teaching us. The laboratories and clinics were extremely well equipped and hygienic with all the instruments properly sterilized. The campus is pretty large, and has a lot of greenery. There was scope for relaxation as we had a basketball court, a volleyball court and a big field for cricket and football. The examination and teaching system is a little strict here and attendance is an important factor. However, the hostel and mess facility is below average. The food served at the mess was so bad that I lost 10 kilos of weight within 6 months of joining as I never had the urge to eat. Overall a good institution.
