You do have a great number of students having an average academic record in the above Top Management Institutes as well as at IIMs. Some even have a Poor Graduation Score, but again they have the qualities and communication skills to impress at an interview and perform brilliantly in CAT, XAT, NMAT and other Top MBA Entrance Examinations, to overweigh their Poor Past Academic Record.

I personally know one of my seniors at college, having around 80-90% in 10/12 and a 7 CGPA in Graduation, ended up with 99.91 in CAT and Cracked IIML and a couple of more Good IIMs.

Dear Aspirant,
NMIMS has introduced BSc programme in applied psychology in September 2020. It's a 3 year course. There are total 40 seats available in this course. Any student who has passed his/her 12th class exam with a minimum of 60% aggregate scores is eligible for studying this course.
There are 2 stages of selection process. In stage 1 all the eligible students need to appear for a written test at NMIMS campus in Mumbai. Those who will be shortlisted in stage 1 will move to the stage 2. Stage 2 is basically a personal interview round. After that based on the performance of the student's in Stages 1 and 2, a composite merit list will be prepared.
If a student manages to be on that merit list he/she will be offered admission to the course.

Hope this Helps!
