Kaliyaganj College, Uttar Dinajpur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has Boys’ hostel is situated at the north end corner of the college. It can accommodate 20 male students only. A hostel superintendent takes care of the borders in the hostel.

The College has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. 24*7 water facility, electricity facility, and other resources are available for the students. 

The College has a Gym facility for the students. This facility helps the students to remain fit throughout their studies. 

The College has a Library that provides open-access facilities to its students, teachers, and other staff. The library has 20,215 books of various disciplines, having 2,000 different titles. Regularly, the library is a subscriber to 21 journals. The library provides photocopying facilities.

The College has sports facilities for all students. Indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available to the students, staff, and faculty members. Sports tournaments and sports events are also conducted. 

The College has a Central Computer Centre with Internet and LAN facilities where all the employees of the college have free access.

The College has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. Departmental seminars and talks are organized regularly to upgrade the academic atmosphere of the institute and to enlighten the students therein. All the departments try to bring UGC funds for organizing National / Regional/ State Level Seminars.

The college has good networking for the alumni association. From the very beginning, the College has been enriched by its donors and well-wishers. Acknowledging this spirit, an Alumni Association also exists here. Ex-students have the opportunity to meet each other, and they can also consult with the authority of the college through this Association. They are expected to act as an advisory committee for the overall development of the college.

The College has Laboratories of Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Computer Science, Mathematics, Botany, and Zoology are quite spacious and well equipped with up-to-date apparatus.
