The Kanya Mahavidyalaya Guwahati started imparting education in the pre-university course in the Arts stream. At present the institute is offering two courses - Higher secondary in arts and FYUGP (arts). The FYUGP is a 4 year BA integrated program as per the new education policy 2020. Along with the regular BA course, the institute offers BA honours courses in the following departments - Assamese, Bengali, English, Hindi, Education, Economics, History, Philosophy and Political Science. The eligibility criteria for these courses are as follows -
