Krishna College of Law, Bijnor has a placement cell that trains the students so that the communication skills of the students are enhanced as it is one of the most demanded skills of the recruiters. Apart from these training, seminars, guest lectures, etc, students are a part of resume writing sessions and various workshops are also organised for the overall personality development of students. KCL contacts the past and potential recruiters from different sectors and they are invited by the cell to conduct campus placements and act as a link between the potential students and the recruiters.  The students have been placed in varied roles such as Public Prosecutor, Legal Advisor, Legal Expert, Attorney General, Advocate, Notary, Law Reporter, Magistrate, District & Sessions judge, Teacher & Lecturer, Munsifs (Sub-Magistrate), Trustee, Solicitor.

• Companies are invited by the institute via mail and interested companies will revert back. 
• Then, the companies visit the institute and deliver a pre-placement talk to the students to make them aware of the companies policies. 
• Further, the group discussions and tests are conducted by the companies. 
• Shortlisted aspirants have to appear for the final round of the placement process i.e technical and HR interview.
• An offer letter will be given to the students who have qualified all the rounds of interviews successfully.
