"LJSAS has very good infrastructure and its has spacious classroom with proper ventilation and has great lab facility and library and each classroom have projector for great learning experience and its also have neat and clean rest room."

I am studying bsc in Biotechnology from this collage because I have interest in genetics and Healthcare related sectors ,the teachers are really supportive and giving good quality of education but I don't think so the the circulam is updated as its more theory based and in Biotechnology field their is more lap based skills required and modern techniques so I don't think the circulam is ready for job ready or for industries

I am really not depending on this collage for any placement as it have heart from seniors that for GU students its very difficult to get a good placement after bsc and very less company vist this campus for placement

My campus life is really amazing as it organize sports both indoor and outdoor like chess,carom, kabadi, football, basketball, volleyball, cricket and it also organize fest,kalaanjali and fashion show ,traditional days etc Students are friendly, teachers are supportive my campus location is in sarkhej and it is a safe location

The B.Sc. building at LJ University has a pretty balanced mix of functionality and comfort. It’s not overly fancy, but it gives a clean and organized vibe that actually helps you focus on studies. The classrooms are spacious enough, with decent lighting and ventilation, which makes long lectures a bit more bearable. The seating arrangement is simple but practical, and most rooms are well-maintained. One thing that stands out is the lab infrastructure. The chemistry labs, in particular, are properly equipped for regular practicals, and safety measures are taken seriously, which is a big plus. Everything is arranged in a way that students can work comfortably without feeling too crowded.

Academics at LJ University for B.Sc. feels quite structured, but not in a suffocating way. The syllabus is mostly aligned with what you’d expect from a typical university, covering the basics properly while still leaving room for practical understanding. Some subjects can feel a bit theory-heavy, but if you pay attention in class, it’s manageable. The faculty plays a big role here. Most professors are approachable and explain concepts in a way that actually makes sense, especially during practical sessions. They’re open to clearing doubts, even outside lectures, which helps a lot during exams. Of course, like any college, teaching styles vary from one faculty member to another, so your experience can differ slightly.

I’m still in second sem, so I don’t have full exposure to placements yet, but from what seniors say, opportunities are decent if you stay consistent. It seems more about your skills and effort than just the college name.

For the fees, it feels reasonably worth it. You get good labs, a clean campus, and decent academic support. It may not be exceptional, but overall it balances cost and quality pretty well.

College life here isn’t flashy, but it has its own spark unexpected laughs between lectures, spontaneous plans, and moments that break the routine. It’s simple on the surface, yet surprisingly lively underneath.

The University has a very huge and clean campus alongwith 3-4 gardens. My collage has very spacious and well-ventilated classrooms. The laboratories are well equipped with all the required Instruments.

The faculties are very experienced and very supportive to the students. They have expertise in their subjects. All of them are very approachable and their guidance always improves students academic performance.

The placement opportunities at my college are very good. I have heard from a lot of seniors about the placements over there. A wide range of reputed companies visit our college every year to offer roles across different domains.

Considering the quality of education, support and placement opportunities, my collage offers good value for money. Moreover, the campus is well maintained and has facilities for students. All the department have good value for money.

The environment is very clean and pure. The campus is very clean and hygienic. Various cultural events, fests, and extra curricular activities are organised throughout the year. The campus has a huge ground for sport.

I am doing bsc chemistry, I have opted for this for knowledge and skill development, i appreciate prestigious institutions like Ljsas to come up with a course like this for any of the students throughout India." The infrastructure labs and faculty is amazing the things which are problematic is that they should provide wifi connectivity to students and should install air conditioners to the classes

Good campus life

College has good and well maintained laboratories and buildings , but there It will be better if there is AC in our classes as it gets really stuffy in classes , also there should be hostel facility available inside college campus so outside city and state students can also conveniently study and interact more with each other , and should make the campus a little larger and provide wifi facility in campus so students can work in libraries and other areas in campus , books are available in library ,

Faculties are good and supportive and the curriculum is also good , but they can try to improve the management of their lectures and syllabus completion and labs timing , so there is no rush at the end of the sem to complete everything as many things we don't get to perform individually ..

According to my seniors there are placement opportunities available , and many students get placed ,but the packages are not disclosed by the college , also there is no or very less opportunity to interact with the alumni , these are also limited to certain field in companies

The course price is reasonable I would say as there are certain scholarships available too but I won't say It's worth the money, seeing the number of events actually planned by college like seminars and workshops , and the necessary skills required in real world should be added in curriculum

There are certain events occurring in the college at certain duration of college specially their annual event , however they can improve more on academic workshops for students to actually learn so industry training in curriculum not just after u enter 3th- 4th year, there are sports facilities provided too like cricket volleyball and basket ball court which many students use but there sports events and practice sessions are not known commonly

"My college has good classrooms and clean labs but in this heat of Ahmedabad there are no ac in the classrooms. Also there is no study room where we can have discussions. The campus is clean but overall the environment is not good for study. The professor needs to improve imparting knowledge to the students so that the overall understanding of the class increases in manifolds."

This course is costing me around 30k per year . The fees that I am paying isn't reflecting in the instruments in the lab.

The college campus is good. The best thing about the campus is its in the outskirts so it's peaceful and the area is really good. But the worst part is that there is an issue of network connectivity and there are no wifi in the college.

I'm in LJKU and it's infrastructure is good enough. The labs are clean and well organised plus have all the necessary equipments but in our biotech lab the microscopes aren't working properly. Some foreign particles are stuck on the lens. Even our canteen, tea post area and classrooms aren't that clean. But our washrooms are cleaned enough. We don't have ACs in our classrooms and in some of them projector is also not working properly. Even we face network issues when we are in the classroom.

I enrolled in the field of bsc biotechnology. Faculties provide notes even sometimes important questions. Professors not only teaches the syllabus but also guide theor students like read research papers and all but yeah teachers don't include all the recent developments like bioinformatics,dry lab,wet lab, etc.

As I'm in first year only so I'm not that aware of these things. But yeahh recently we had innovation in which LJKU students participated in poster making competition. Even one girl from innovation participants was selected.

Per year of bsc Biotechnology costs me of 27,200 as I'm a GU Student.

Campus is good enough with full Greenery. Each building has its own garden. But canteen and tea post is little dirty. The students are made to stay connected to cultural activities.
